Workshop Details     Workshop Leading in Mental Health Services - Developing our Workforce Details Please note: there are limited places available. They have been allocated on a pro-rata basis to the three clusters and Department of Health and subsequently allocated to agencies within the clusters. You should only register for this conference after being nominated to do so by your manager. You or your manager must also notify your cluster representative (Southern - John Julian, Western - Rosemary Charleston and NEVIL - Greg Coman). In the event that too many registrations are received, cluster and agency managers will prioritise registrations as necessary. The Conference will comprise a keynote presentation by Dr Peter Ellyard, followed by concurrent presentations by staff from a range of Victorian public area mental health services on various aspects of leadership and innovation in workforce development and mental health care delivery. The afternoon will comprise an interactive session chaired by Dr Ellyard, during which participants will be requested to provide anonymous responses to a number of scenarios using innovative electronic technology. This session will be followed by a presentation of thematic summaries of the morning’s sessions by the session chairs.
